The designed ball bearing nut is for the linear screw of a linear stepping motor, inspired by Mark Sollack's threadless ball screw concept. It aims to reduce backlash in the system and has been created specifically for a quadruple-start, 8mm lead length, 8pi linear screw with a slope angle of 17.6568 degrees. The nut stands at 9 mm in center height and 12 mm in thickness, while its flange features holes spaced 35 mm apart. The BOM includes one ball bearing nut, four 623zz ball bearings, and four each of M3x10 bolts, nuts, and washers. A test video can be viewed at this link: https://youtu.be/vhodLP9ws0Q. Although it remains untested, the designer hopes for proper functionality.
