Ball Bearing idler Pulley for 6mm belt

I created this Ball Bearing Idler for use with Solidoodle 2, but it can also replace any plain bearing Idler requiring upgrade. The original one was made for a 4mm shaft diameter and utilized an 8mm outside diameter, 4mm inside diameter, and 3mm width bearing size.\nThe bearings themselves are affordable on online marketplaces like eBay - search "Precision Bearings" followed by model specifications such as "High RPM Speeds 4x8x3mm Bearing with Standard Rubber Seals."\nThis upgraded design features a small lip that keeps the bearings securely in place, although they can occasionally become loose in my earlier models.
