I needed a simple to use, fast print to disassemble and reassemble 22mm ball bearings. Therefore, I came up with this nice little 20 minute 3d print. It holds the center bearing piece well, while letting the outer piece have some wiggle room to help add or remove the balls of the bearing. there is also a perfectly spaced ‘spacer’ that keeps the balls at the ideal height to fit into the grooves of both inner and outer bearing pieces. Assembly AND disassembly of a bearing can be done in 20 seconds or less, with minimal fuss. Also, this print comes right under 1 meter of filament, at 0.99m. Let me know any changes you'd like to see.
