The foldable cart came with friction busings, or rather, a aluminium pipe over a galvanized bolt inside a nylon bushing. In the reviews for this cart they listed that it was heavy to pull when it was filled, so that was a giveaway. Still, cart came in, removed nylon bushings from wheel, drew some bearing bushings in OpenScad and that was that. Print with brim or support if you need to.
