When I was in cad I made the rods you can use on the handles instead of the mx screws those are labeled as pin balisong. at the end of the handle away from the blade you are supposed to add another weight I used the counter weight stl and trimmed it with a pair of snips until I could fit it into my handles. In the original the blade has a brass rod as another weight I made one that is just a bit to short but it is not very noticeable finally there is supposed to be mx screws to act as a stop for this I took a tooth pick and cut it to the thickness of the handle then you add a small amount of tape around the tooth pick to make it fit inside the small hole. some trimming and sanding will be required
