I spent 2-3 months in Bali, Indonesia, working from February to March 2016. This was my third visit to the country. In fact, I've been there twice before - once in 1990 and again in 1991 while serving on the DDG 928. When not working, I took some time to capture panoramic shots and also created some 3D models from sculptures. I shot this sculpture twice, but this version is more successful. The main issue was height, as it was difficult to get data for the top part. Unfortunately, I didn't have a tripod during my stay in Bali, which would have allowed me to complete the project.
