Baldwin CW-8-S Electric Harpsichord Jacks, Tongues and Damper Holder
thingiverse
Here's a redesign of the rare Baldwin Electric Harpsichord CW-8-S of the jack, tongue and damper support based on the Hubbard Harpsichord jack. Work with model CW-8-S but should also work on the later CW-9 (not tested). Depend on your 3d printing setup, should not need any modifications before installation.I did them (57) in PLA, and it works very well. Just be carefull that even brand new jacks will need adjustments for each notes, and the margin is small between a working jack and a non-working one. Refer to my youtube video if you got any questions. You'll need to install your own plectrum, metal wire (Spring) and fastener, here are the ressources :-Haprischord.com : 0.020'' Delrin plectrum-Harpkit.com : Music Wire .009''I made a video about the Baldwin CW-8-S and there's a tutorial how to prepare and install my DIY jacks:https://www.youtube.com/@electricpianofreak332Enjoy!
