This balcony setup features a blue-painted cast iron railing and a concrete platform. The platform consists of 298 faces and 320 vertices, while the railing boasts 7,754 faces and 7,709 vertices (which reduce to 61,924/30,944 with smoothing). Created using 3DS Max 2016, the files are saved in a 2013 format; however, materials may not function correctly when exported to .fbx format.
