Balcony and railing 3D model

The balcony design features a simple structure made of steel with subtle posts, securely anchored to the wall via joints. The flooring is constructed from plastic (artificial wood) and boasts safety glass railings (Q-railing Easy Glass). This 3D model was created using Rhino 5 and Vray 2.0 software, and it includes Vray materials and textures such as diffuse and normal maps in the package. The package contains multiple file formats including Rhino's native format (.3dm), 3ds, obj, lwo, and skp. Note that while objects are UV mapped, reattaching textures may be necessary for non-native file formats. In total, this model consists of 26,945 polygons and 17,456 vertices.
