Balco Touch\Wanhao Duplicator i3 Cooling Duct:40mm

Raised base of duct by an additional 3mm from the build plate to allow greater clearance when using Bulldog Clips to hold glass plates down. Clips nearest to home may still require pulling off slightly to clear nozzles in home position completely. Cooling duct for Balco Touch Wanhao Duplicator i3: A remix of BliNDF123, also incorporating elements from the 30mm and 40mm versions. This model was completely reworked using Sketchup. In this remix, I have: 1. Reconfigured mounting centers. 2. Externalized M3 bolt fixings for easier fitting. 3. Included M3 Bolt retention sockets to reduce tool requirements. 4. Angled walls in the skirt aperture slot to allow printing without support. Please note that support is still required in the main section and nut recesses. The model will print vertically without support, but with some deformation to top and bottom edges of the skirt. M3 bolts and nuts used are similar to those found here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00AXM377I/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00AWDSTPS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The small M3 nuts can be tricky to lock into sockets. I found it easier to attach the bolt through the flange and pull the nut into position. I have only printed in PLA+ yet, but the duct ring is close to the extruder assembly, so I will monitor for any distortion due to ambient temperature.
