Balancing Jig - Wuchtbock

Balancing Jig - Wuchtbock

prusaprinters

Printed to allow for basic balancing of my motorcycle wheels at home. You can screw them (hole pattern 16-22mm) to a self made balancing stand or just clamp them to your workbench. I screwed them to board that i zip tied to my bikes cases. The Jigs are designed for 608 bearing and M5x15 screws. The screw holes have a 4mm diameter so i could tapp them. Use two normal bases for shafts with equal diameter.       Extended base for use with a normal one for a shaft with 15mm and 20mm.       Parts list for a single stand:1x base (print)2x M5 Sleeve (print)2x M5x152x 608 BearingI printed my stands in PETG with a 0.6mm nozzle, 3 walls, 10% infill - they are plenty strong. AssemblyTap the holes of your stand (optional).Slide a bearing over the “M5 Sleeve”.Screw the bearing with sleeve to the “Base”Repeat once more.
