Balancer
thingiverse
To attain equilibrium in rotating objects like wheels, propellers, and driveshafts, use two balancers. Ensure you print out two of each component for better results. Clean the flashing on the wheels carefully to avoid any flat spots. You'll need extra hardware, including 4x608 bearings, 2x5/16 or 8mm rods (length according to your preference), 4x5/16 or 8mm bolts, and 4x5/16 or 8mm nuts. Additionally, you'll need 12 washers for the assembly process. After printing the balance disks, quickly insert the bearings before they cool down to create a proper fit. If needed, adjust the position of the bearing after it has cooled down using force. To assemble, place one washer between each balance disk and the balancer base, ensuring they don't touch. Add extra washers if necessary for shimming. Insert the rods into the lower holes, then space out the balancers to accommodate your object to be balanced.
