Balance Board Wobble-knob

This year, I embarked on a work-from-home journey due to COVID-19's significant impact on my office. To enhance concentration, I purchased a standing desk that offers a more dynamic stance. After a week with my new standing desk, I began to notice that my feet were sore and I was experiencing stiffness in various muscles. Balance boards are not inexpensive, so I decided to 3D print my own balance board wobble-knob. There weren't any designs online that met all my specific needs, so I had to create one myself. The ideal design would be composed of two pieces that can be printed twice each. The tabs can be slotted and glued together or not. Using MK6 screws, it can be mounted to a board. I believe the screws should have tapered heads, and the nut should be on the bottom to fit into the notches on the wobble-knob. For prototyping, I used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4462375 as a test model. In a final product, I would definitely use metal instead of 3D printing material.
