Bake your own hot end.

Create a 32 mm long m6 brass rod and drill a 2 mm hole through it. Attach a 2 mm x 12 mm PEek barrier that's 25 mm long to the brass rod. Make a 2 mm hole in the barrier and add three 5 mm slices of PEek with M6 nuts through them. Finally, install an M6 brass nozzle, drill a 0.3 mm hole in its tip, and secure it with an M6 brass nut. Assemble as shown in the picture, but be cautious when drilling the nozzle tip - use a drill with 20,000 RPM or brace for a challenging task. If you're producing 200 hot ends for your botfarm, repeat these steps until complete. To assemble a resistor and varistor, use fire gum in a syringe and bake them at full power in an oven for 20 minutes. They'll be ready to install in series. I can even bake one hot end for you - check out www.thy3d.com for more information.
