Needed a simple solution for a headlight guard for my baja squadron lights, they are not easily available in uk and expensive ! You will required 3mm thick 87mm diameter clear or coloured acryic ( ebay is best place ) Use the printed holder as guide to drill 4.5 mm holes and countersink them ,you will need countersunk m4 x 20mm allen bolts simply remove the two outer bolts from the lights and refit with the kit. simple and affective and no outer glare
