I've designed a heavy-duty bail specifically for heavy-duty pendants that can be connected to square chains, similar to Byzantine-style chains. Please keep in mind that this design is released under the free CC BY-SA license, so if you decide to use it, I'd appreciate it if you shared the modified working file, not just the STL file.
