Baikal MP61 dioptric rear and flip-down front sights

As the stock iron sights of the MP61 are quite chunky, I took the very well designed airsoft rear sights linked below and adapted it to fit the 11mm rail of the Baikal. Also, I like to switch to a red dot sight from time to time and then the stock front sight gets in the way. Therefore, I designed a new one that flips down if needed. It's a direct fit to the barrel and can be held in place by the standard front sight nut. There is a slot for an M3 nut in the front sights base. That allows for friction adjustment of the flipping mechanism. There's also a fixed front sight included in case you don't need it to be flip-down. Works a lot better for me than the stock sights and are also a lot easier to sight in esp. when it comes to windage adjustment. Below is a list of screws and nuts needed. I have cut the screws to length so that they don't stick out too far. Parts needed for rear sight: - 2x 25mm M3 cylinder head screw to mount the base to the rail - 1x 20mm M3 cylinder head screw for flip-down front sight - 2x 10mm M3 socket head screw to lock windage and elevation sliders - 3x M3 nut
