This is a real-world-sized replica of the Bahrain World Trade Center created by a professional architect. Units Used: Centimeters Originally Created With: 3ds Max 2011 Level Of Detail And Usage: This model is designed for various applications - real-time use, game development with Unity or UE4, CGI exterior visualizations, and architectural designs. Geometry: The mesh is of high quality with clean edges. Geometry has been thoroughly tested to eliminate holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. A low-poly mesh allows for easy editing and the addition of details. Similar objects are instances, making it simple to modify or replace them. A Shell Modifier has been applied but disabled on glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers. Presentation Images: All preview images were rendered using V-Ray 3.20. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl and VrayDirt for geometry testing. The scene includes VRayHDRI, maps, and a VRayCamera, allowing it to be ready for out-of-the-box rendering.
