Bagel slicer with crumb tray
thingiverse
I modified the solid model of the Safe-T-Bagel with a tray at the bottom to catch crumbs. This version is fairly large, using 264 grams of PLA in mine, but it could be scaled down slightly or shortened and still be useful - unless you have huge bagels to cut. Sawing bagels with a large serrated knife didn't work as well as expected, but cutting them worked much better with a long straight knife. Simply insert the knife into the slot and push down on both ends evenly.
