This clip fits a 5mm loop and up to 40mm strap perfectly, making it ideal for attaching to bags. Using the Original DD001 Clip allows for a secure fit. The carabiner's size is its only drawback, but a new design is already in the works to make it more compact. This clip can handle heavy loads, although one recent incident shows that even with proper use, it may not be able to withstand extreme weights. A better solution is being designed to minimize the need for such large clips.
