Bag loose-end tie down

Tips are always appreciated! In the military, we used to secure bag straps with black insulation tape. However, I no longer want sticky straps on my gear. Initially, I employed rubber bands from my bag's original packaging but found that one strap gradually became longer than the other, requiring frequent adjustments. This was frustrating, so I decided to utilize some TPU filament I had acquired to create a solution. The internal diameter of this item is 13mm x 21mm. It was printed using clear TPU, with settings including 215 degrees Celsius, a 0.4mm nozzle, 100% infill, and a print speed of 40mm/s. The glass bed temperature was set at 80 degrees Celsius, with blue painter's tape applied for better adhesion. I've discovered that one layer of TPU provides exceptional flexibility, while two layers make it more rigid. This item features three total shells. I designed this about a month ago, and my printer has been out of commission since then, so I'm not entirely sure about the print settings I used. This strap holder can accommodate 4 to 5 rolls of bag straps securely, and it hasn't come loose since I started using it. Feel free to scale up or down this design according to your needs. If you require a custom solution, please let me know, and I'll do my best to assist you. Future updates may include adding a clip to secure the bundled strap ends to the lower part of the strap. This will make more sense when you see it in action. Printer Settings: * Printer Brand: Wanhao * Printer Model: Duplicator i3 Plus (Note: I actually own a Wanhao D4S, not an I3 plus) * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.25mm (I think this is correct) * Infill: 100% * Notes:
