Bag End Mod for The Hobbit Pinball Machine
thingiverse
Hobbit pinball machine owners - get ready to try our free-to-print "Bag End" mod for your home pinball machine! Our piece is directly inspired by the Bag End set piece in the film "The Hobbit - An Unexpected Journey". Our free version fits perfectly into that empty space where the "Bag End" shot lies. It's incredibly simple to install (just remove the two nylon hex caps, place the mod, and replace the hex caps). This free version is a lower detail, easy-to-print version of our more complicated premium lighted version available on our website: https://www.pinworlds.com/the-hobbit-pinball-mods. Check out the attached pics for recommended painting. I also recommend finishing the model in a matte clearcoat to keep your paint job looking great. This .STL should be printed standing up and requires no supports, raft or brims. There's a built-in support on the right side that's simple to twist off either on the build plate or after removal. I recommend printing at a speed of at least 55 to help bridge the overhang at the top of the mod.
