Bag Clip with Screw Cap (Modified Version2)

This is a revised version of that bag clip, which originated with this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4027950. It's based on an earlier concept: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3238736. Modifications include: 1) The insert now features two stopping points. One ensures it remains inside the bag while the other prevents it from spinning when the clip is opened. 2) The locking mechanism of the clip has been enhanced for added security.
