Bag Clip - Spring Loaded
thingiverse
Here's a bag clip for your potato chips! Print the male and the female sides. Only one spring insert is needed, and you get to choose the desired thickness based on the strength you need with the filament type you're using. Additionally, take into account your nozzle diameter and slicer program, as you might find that a thicker spring can be more flexible. That's why I included three options for you to pick from. The clip in the picture is entirely made from PLA with a thin spring insert. With my Slic3r program, the thin insert turned out slightly stiffer than the regular one due to how the perimeters were created. And the thick insert was too stiff for me, but it could come in handy when using ABS since it's more flexible. Instructions All parts are printed with PLA using a .5mm nozzle and .38mm layer height with Slic3r. Built-in support material is included in both the male and female sides, so you don't need to create any of your own. I would suggest using a nozzle .4mm or smaller for the best results because some parts on the male hinge are quite thin.
