General-purpose bag clips ==================== Variants --------------------- Available sizes: 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm. Request longer or thicker variants, or create them yourself using the Fusion 360 project file included. See here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-share-a-Fusion-360-design.html for opening it. Just modify as needed (Modify > Change Parameters). General Info --------------------- A bag clip was needed that works with PLA and prints in place. There is a similar design on the site, but this one is being used instead. Before Printing --------------------- Printing the hinge portion with multiple perimeters is recommended to make it entirely of perimeters. Use S3D or other software like Cura or Slic3r for this. Adhesion aids may be needed especially on warped print beds without mesh bed leveling, but brims are very hard to remove due to the model's shape in some areas. Personal Observations --------------------- Short clips can be hard to open and need a good grip. Filing off material from the cantilever snap joint helps. PLA deforms when kept under stress. This happened with longer bag clamps that deform when clamped around thick or folded bags. Changing materials or editing the clip to be thicker might fix it. Download the provided F360 file and edit, or request an edit instead.
