It will be printed in one solid piece using PLA with a layer thickness of 0.15 mm and support. The board will have 100% infill, but I'm being cautious to avoid overheating. I'll keep the print speed moderate and ensure proper retraction at all times. When it comes time to assemble the hinge, I'll reduce the extrusion multiplier accordingly. Update: After reviewing the design, I made a slight adjustment to loosen up the fit.
