Bag Clip
thingiverse
We've given our design a major overhaul, replacing it with a sleek new model that features just one spring for easier installation. This updated version also prints smoothly with PLA without any issues. Look for the "_NEW" tag on the files to get your hands on this improved design. To achieve optimal results, we recommend using 40% infill and three perimeters. The bag clip was designed based on an existing model that incorporates a metal spring. While it's a bit tricky to insert the printed springs into place, our team has found a reliable method: simply drop them through the top hole sideways and push them through the bottom holes before twisting them to face forward and letting them fall into their designated slots. For optimal performance, we suggest printing with PETG; ABS will require tighter tolerances and less flexibility. After testing this design with four prototypes, our team is pleased to report that all of them work flawlessly. For a more lightweight version, try using 20% infill and 0.2mm layer thickness.
