I remixed this bag clip from Walter because printing the first design was a real challenge for me. The thickness on this one is specifically optimized for use with a 0.6 millimeter nozzle, and I'm happy to report that I had no trouble at all printing it using Simplify3D - even when I set the Extrusion Width to "Auto". The auto setting for a 0.6 millimeter nozzle will automatically calculate the Gcode based on an extrusion width of 0.72 millimeters, which is simply equal to 0.6 millimeters plus twenty percent. This comes out to 0.72 millimeters, and for a three-wall thickness, I made the model two point sixteen millimeters thick - that's just 0.72 multiplied by three.
