Here's an updated design for a bag clip that builds on previous work, removing cutouts from the hinge area. This new version is optimized for better performance when printed with PLA and doesn't require support structures during printing. It still opens to some extent, though not as wide as before. Note that using outline shells for this entire design will make it even more robust. To print effectively, adjust the line width to a multiple of the part thickness, avoiding any gaps in the middle.
