i note that my bafang bbs02 750w mid motor becomes with this hot summer veeeery hot and the controller often cut the motor, go in protection mode. so i decided to make this fan support to cool the motor and it works...............the support is for the 80x80 mm fan, you can enlarge it maximum to 100x100m because that is the motor width. with this modification the motor is alwais hot but the controller don't cut the motor and you can continue your trip. do not print it with pla..........................both the support and the fan are fixed with zip tie and the fan are 12v pc fan powered by 3 cells lipo to run it. note that if you mount the fan in order that it suck the air from the motor the fan will be more efficient.
