BaFang Display Tee Mount for Catrike Dumont

This is an easy to print tee for mounting a Bafang Display to a Catrike Dumont handle bar top. I use ABS or Polycarbon Graphite filament for strong UV resistant parts. Heat set brass M5 nuts are installed in the small bottom piece to except a long M5 bolt to wedge the tee into the handle bar end as shown in the photo. Print time with a 0.6mm nozzle is under 2 hours. I use a 0.284mm layer height. If you are thinking of adding an electric drive to your trike, the Bafang mid mount motor works well and is pretty easy to install. I would suggest purchasing from Utah Trike. I purchased from an Amazon supplier and I was not real happy as they didn't not supply a number of items I needed to complete the installation. Utah Trikes is a little more money, but they supply all you need from start to finish. The tee will work for any trike or bike using a 7/8 inch tube for the handle. Happy Biking!
