When converting my mountain bike, using the Bafang mid-motor BBS02B 8FUN conversion kit, I realized that the design of my bike frame caused the front motor sprocket to hit the chain stay on my bike frame, which caused some issues in the motor install. This sprocket spacer is my solution. It's installed and working perfectly on my BBS02B motor right now on a Trek X-Caliber 8 frame that I ride everywhere. Printing: Material: best to use something strong like PETG or ABS. I used PETG Infill: Use 100% INFILL to make it strong. It only took me 40min to print at 100% infill. Z-Height: If you don't need it to be 5mm thick, simply adjust the Z-height of your print to your liking. I had to use 5mm to get it work well with my bike frame. Install: I wound up buying M4x14mm screws in order to get mine to work. The M4 screws that come with the motor were like 10mm long. 14mm worked great for me, though. Please let me know if it works for you !
