Bafang BBS01/02 104BCD Chain Ring Adaptor

I didnt like the look of the pressed tin sproket that came with my Bafang eBike kit, and there were no stock available for a 104BCD adaptor, so I made my own. Fits like a glove and performs perfectly, I decided to integrate the chain guard to help increase the strength of the adaptor, and its sized up to fit a 32 tooth narrow wide chain ring. I will warn you now, do not print this out of PLA or any other cheap low strength plastic, I used ePAHT-CF printed at 300 degrees C and then cooked it in the oven for an additional 4hrs at 120 degrees C, it's super hard and strong, and will rival an alloy one in strength. I printed using a 0.4 nozzle, with 8 walls and 99 top and bottom layers, first bottom layer was done in concentric mode and all other layers were done in lines, each layer was done 45 degrees from the previous, using these angles: 45, 90, 135, 180, 225, 270, 315, 360 This makes for a very strong part with no layer week points. Bike has been tested at 30kph with my backside and I weigh around 135kg's, cant fault it.
