A friend requested me to design a replacement for badminton pole caps that his sports club had lost. The caps ensure the rope remains aligned with the pole. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa Steel Logresse Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30% Notes: Print this piece vertically to prevent delamination. Print time is approximately one hour. Wall thickness: 0.6mm Two perimeters are required. A fan must be used when printing bridges at the end of the print job. The piece is mounted for strength.
