The primary objective of the vehicle is to navigate down the racetrack with maximum efficiency while showcasing a one-of-a-kind design. To accomplish this, the car relies on the PASCO wheels and fan in tandem with a flag mounted on a metal rod, allowing it to be accurately recorded by the timers. The ultimate goal of this project is to utilize the timers to precisely measure the time it takes for our vehicle to traverse the predetermined distance between the track's two endpoints. Additionally, we employ PASCO Capstone to analyze how much energy from the supplied power source (battery in the fan) is converted into kinetic energy, enabling the car to move, while also identifying where any excess energy is directed.
