<p>This is my recreation of the mould slider for my red badge maker machine, commonly sold on sites such as VidaXL and Amazon.</p><p>I originally purchased my unit with 38mm moulds, but wanted to change it to 58mm.</p><p>The moulds themselves are readily available for purchase, however the original slider does not fit the larger moulds and they are only sold with the machine. Which was a huge bummer, as the machine easily costs double what the moulds cost on their own.</p><p>I thus designed my own replacement. The moulds are attached using the same 10mm hexkey bolts as the original, using two 10mm nuts pressed into the print.</p><p>The other two holes are for the end stops, which is also taken from the original part.</p><p>Mine is printed in PLA and lubricated to slide easier.</p>
