Just a little fob to help keep your ID badge from spinning around on the end of it's string, chain, or lanyard. Attach the fob with the bump facing your badge. The fob goes inside your pocket and your badge hangs outside your pocket. This isn't as strong as a spring loaded clip, so I recommend pairing it with a lanyard.
