This is a pin badge holder capable of holding up to six 33mm diameter pin badges. You will need to print: One rejilla One central support Two lateral supports Six portachapas Depending on the quality of your printer, some finishing like sanding may be necessary. If you're unsure, look at the images or send me a message. This project is designed to accommodate pin badges with a diameter of 33 millimeters. Feel free to modify it to fit larger or smaller pin badges. FreeCAD files are included for those who want to experiment with them. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Usual Infill: Usual Notes: I made an effort to make this support very easy to print. Post-Printing After printing, typical minor works may be required. Minor works might include sanding or burrs cutting. If your printer is of high quality, you might need to fill the gaps between pieces (about 0.5 mm). A small piece of folded paper should suffice.
