Tweaked the original version so the cards weren't so tightly packed in...increased the length of the card holders by 2mm, and increased the height of the front retention slots by ~1mm. Deleted the big retention bulges and replaced the one on the front with a pair of 1mm nubs; didn't need one at all for the RSA token given the snug fit. Made the lanyard ring tunnel a bit bigger, but I'm still not happy with it... This should fit the standard smartcard (PIV, CAC, etc). Future ideas....better lanyard ring tunnel, hollowed out card button, retention nibs on the big card slots, maybe skeletonize to some degree to save weight, and add a business card holder?
