I'm attending this year's Dragon Con and I've designed a custom badge holder with a semi-flexible snap fitting that securely holds the badge by its punched slot. To ensure accuracy, I'm including files for both the holder and a precise 1:1 scale model of the badge itself - perfect for anyone looking to replicate it in other projects. Recommended Settings: Print using PLA at a layer thickness of approximately 0.1 mm; if your printer has a 6" square build volume, skip adding skirts and brims. This design was originally printed on a Printrbot Simple Metal. A standard four-day Dragon Con badge measures 3.5 inches by 5.5 inches with curved corners featuring an approximate 0.17 inch radius.
