Badge Holder Spacer

We've recently transitioned our PCs to badge access, requiring us to remove our badges before logging in. The original badge holder had a metal plate that made inserting or extracting the badge challenging due to its shape and sharp edges, resulting in excessive wear. I devised a solution that works remarkably well: removing the metal plate and replacing it with a custom spacer. Without the spacer, the badge would likely fall out of the holder prematurely. The new spacer features a tapered edge for effortless insertion and a raised sphere in the middle to securely hold the badge in place.
