I required a casing to store our monthly public transportation pass. The printed tickets on thin paper are easily damaged, making it essential to safeguard them if shared within the family. I possessed some 0.8mm thick PVC sheet that I cut to size to serve this purpose. This protective film is then placed in front of the ticket. To create the custom-shaped letters, I used PrusaSlicer with a 25% hex infill setting for post-processing.
