I designed this badge holder because at work, we use readers that require almost contact between the badge and the reader. So there is a rift the same size as the badge. So you need to remove your badge from the holder everytime to open a door because it would be too thick. (example below).

The thickness of the holder is just enough to scan a badge and give it some rigidity.

As you can see, the first 60.5mm removed on the sides, allows to place the holder in the rift of the reader and open a door without taking out the badge.

You can modify it to your needs since I used parametric settings for the sketches. By default, card width is 54mm (+0.5 of tolerance), cards thickness is 2.5mm (around 2 cards inside + 0.5mm of tolerance), total height is 94mm (enough to have the hole way above the cards).

To print it, I recommend to place it upside down in your slicer (top hole on the bed). If printed on the side, the inner thickness will be wrong because bridging material will be used (or adjust the thickness with that in mind).

I'm still figuring out how to improve the print quality of the keyring hole, so advices welcomed !

Happy printing ! :D
