Badge Holder 4% Bigger

I discovered that my ABS shrinks more than anticipated when printing these. Who would have thought? So, I simply scaled up the existing design by 4% to make up for it. Original: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2349323 The idea is based on logmett's design, but none of his model was used (complete redraw). A little more rounding here and there, small dimensional adjustments, and the most notable difference is that the loop hole is much larger to fit loop through snaps. The original design was too tight for them. 6/3 Minor update (there were a few splines I didn't like in the mesh, vanity edit) and new render.
