Badge and card holder - no support

This design draws inspiration from a badge holder found on Thingiverse, with two notable modifications. Firstly, the height of the groove is increased to accommodate two badges simultaneously, making it incredibly useful for everyday use. We utilize this feature by attaching both our badge and coffee card. Secondly, I've added a thin wall with strategically placed holes to enable printing without support structures, particularly on the upper edge. This enhancement has been refined in the 2019 version, where the thin wall now features a larger base to prevent adhesion issues and simplify removal. The purple section in the accompanying picture showcases this modification. Furthermore, the base of the badge holder has been raised to 2mm for added durability. With these adjustments in place, printing is a breeze - simply crack it open after completion (using settings such as 20% infill, 0.2 layer thickness, and 0.4 nozzle size), and you're done!
