This base case, designed for a Parallax PIR sensor and an Arduino UNO R3, slides onto and serves as a lid for our 9v power Brick. Complementary to this, we provide a top cover .STL file on badbrick.com/catalog. The four side holes are compatible with Lego round shafts from technic kits, while the design allows for easy attachment of jumper wires through the top for further connectivity. If you don't have access to a 3D printer but wish to acquire one of these, we can print it for you at http://www.badbrick.com/catalog. For printing instructions in MakerWare, modify the "Medium" settings by adjusting the Layer Height to 0.2 and increasing the temperature to 240C to ensure proper fusion of larger prints. All other default settings remain unchanged. Note that Maker Ware users should downgrade to version 2.1.x and revert the firmware back to 7.1, as the new 2.2 update has been reported to cause incorrect printing of STLs due to slicing partial faces not present in the model.
