bad Pla extruder/bowden crack fix idea
thingiverse
I have encountered an issue where the bad PLA at the extruder is consistently broken or in the Bowden tube, which has caused problems. To resolve this problem, I propose a simple solution using two 220-ohm resistors in series as a low-power heating element rated for 12V. Additionally, one piece of PTFE hose will be used to facilitate heat transfer. The idea behind this solution is inspired by the side with dewbuster.com, which utilizes 330-ohm resistors. This setup has allowed me to achieve temperatures ranging from 44 to 48 degrees. Following two prints, I have observed that the PLA at the extruder and Bowden tube is no longer broken. In the next step, I will work with a Temperature Control Switch rated for DC 12V and capable of switching between 50 to 110 degrees Celsius. This switch can be sourced from banggood.com.
