The design in question emerged from approximately a dozen ideas I conceived while attempting to update the standard ratchet. It remains one of my favorites; thus, I submitted it to Apex Tool Group through their inventor submission portal about eighteen months ago. However, I never received a response despite their request for submissions. Considering the design's potential manufacturing requirements and the associated expenses, its marketability may be compromised. Nevertheless, if this innovation ever materializes, there is no doubt about who its ingenious creator is. ;) OR My invention - one of many ideas I came up with while revamping the traditional ratchet - was submitted to Apex Tool Group via their inventor submission portal approximately a year and a half ago. Despite their request for such proposals, I have yet to receive a response. The design's potential manufacturing costs could explain this lack of interest; however, if it ever reaches the market, it will be a testament to my ingenuity. ;)
