I lost the back plate for my in-wall in a move and was unable to locate a replacement. I could not find a model for it online so I made this. I was too lazy to make all of the mounting holes, if you are not in the US you may need to make a tweak. I modeled it in Fusion360 and included the file as well. It fits pretty well on my unit, so here you go.
