This is a custom .22lr ammo box tailored specifically for storage in the Magpul X-22 Backpacker stock. Unlike a standard soft-sided 50-round box, which can be inserted after removing the divider, this secure container holds 91 rounds and fits perfectly within the stock. To place it inside, you'll need to remove the dividers used for storing the second and third magazines using a box cutter or rotary grinding tool. Additionally, some of the supports in the cheek piece may require trimming. If you're not willing to perform these modifications, then this print isn't for you. This safe contains 91 rounds, with the remaining 9 stored in the bottom cavity of the stock. With ample space for magazines, a total of 120 rounds can be carried, surpassing the advertised maximum of 70. To secure the trays, glue them to the inner surface. Be mindful of staggered loading when using the 3-round and 4-round trays, as they should be loaded sideways.
